Welcome to Our New "Matching Gift Program"

A caring and concerned individual from our community has come forward to help restore the Novins Planetarium to full operation once again. The Sponsor has committed an initial minimum donation of $50,000.00
to start off a "Matching Gift Program."

Our Sponsor has agreed to match all donations from individuals,dollar-for-dollar, up to $500.00 for each person donating.
Donations over $500.00 may have the first $500.00 matched under the program.

Donations under the Matching Gift Program are exclusive of other fundraising programs Save the Planetarium Fund, Inc. may be running.

To qualify, checks must be made out to Save the Planetarium Fund, Inc.and notated with “Matching Gift Program”.

Businesses are excluded from donating under this program.

The program is available to children’s groups or organized non-profits such as Girl/Boy Scout Troops, 4-H Clubs, children’s church groups, school classes, etc.

The sponsor wants to reward the efforts of those children, that are community-minded and are willing to raise funds to help save the Novins Planetarium, by doubling the value of their donations.

In addition, our Sponsor wants to give other members of the public, who may not be able to afford to contribute as much as they may like, an opportunity to increase the value of what they are able to give.

This campaign will continue until terminated by Save the Planetarium Fund, Inc.

Our Donor is hoping that other community-minded individuals, businesses and organizations will follow this example and step forward to become additional sustaining sponsors of the matching gift program.
